Need Help Installing New Template.

Hey guys.

 

I urgently need help in installing new template. Have successfully installed Prestashop etc.. Can't get new theme to work.. Have selected theme etc but it still shows default theme.

If anyone is willing to assist me it would be appreciated.

I did empty the cache, still the same.

On the admin pages it shows the current theme as the new theme but when i go to view the shop it still shows the default theme.. frustrating..

Have you tried to clear browser cache CTRL - F5

I have cleared Cache.. Deleted the default Bootstrap theme.

I purchased a theme and installed as per the intsuctions. It says I am using the new theme. But the new theme doesn't look like the one I purchased (different layout, photos etc). When I make changes and then go to 'MyShop' it shows the layout from the OLD default...

 

I am willing to engage someone to help me with this. I will provide login details etc..

can you share url to your front office?

 

in some cases module displays default pictures, and also positioning of modules is default.

in all of these cases it's necessary to reconfigure module positions, upload own pictures etc.
