V1.6 - can't get past accepting License Agreements for new install

Hi everyone.

 

I am trying to complete the install of version 1.6 to my website (accessed via my c panel) on the installation assistant page. Chosen my language, next step is accept the licence agreements. I tick the "agree" box, click next, the page starts to load, but then just refreshes the same page. Can't get to the next step of system compatibility.

 

I have logged out, back in again, but keep getting this problem and I can't complete my install. I am in New Zealand so it might be difficult trying to contact the 1 888 number at an appropriate time, not even sure what part of the USA (and therefore time zone) the help centre is in? This is so frustrating as I really need to get my store up and running as soon as possible and I've been stuck on this for two days!

 

Any ideas how to get past this point?
