Smarty error and prestashop 1.6+

Hello there, recently i switched to prestashop and i can say its amazing! However i`ve created the shop, it was working perfectly but today something happend. I tried entering my site (http://shoppingland-bg.com) and i had a blank page. I instantly enabled the error showing and saw this :

any ideas how i can fix it ? (nothing has been changed on the server) and  yes i can access some of the actions in my Admin panel (most of them but not all like themes and stuff).

this is whole error report? nothing more?

It does look like a permission thing. But you mention that nothing has been changed on the server. How about modules installed?

 

I took a look at your web site and it is working for me. Are you still seeing this error?

yes, i think exactly the same but i think that this is not full error report, is to short
