New version of PayPal Sandbox?

Hello,

 

I would like to test my PrestaShop setup with the PayPal Sandbox and can't figure out how to get the credentials.

I can't find any options to generate a buyer and seller account after logging in. The instructions are from 2010 so I suspect they are outdated.

 

Can someone tell me the path through the current sandbox page to get the information I need to enter into the PayPal module's Sandbox section?
