How to add Specials (Price-Drop) to the Top Horizontal Menu?

Hi everyone i am trying to add specials tab (Price-Drop) to the top horizontal menu. Ive been working with this for a week or 2 it would be great if  Someone Can please help me out with this thanks.

Unless I have misunderstood your question, go to:

 

Back office > Modules > Front office features > Top horizontal menu > Configure

Hi I tried this and i get a message saying link was added. but the link does not show up then i get warning saying 

• Bad SQL query
