hojintao
Hi,i’m the new member to prestashop shopping cart family. I have downloaded the latest version and installed the same in the server and everything is working fine except the shopping cart . and the purpose of PRESTASHOP does not fulfill it’s meaning.well presta of all about shopping cart purpose only. Here is my problem i request your guidance on this.this is my eshophttp://shop.shanticorp.infoi made a few products and assigned the different tax classes such as vat 4% OR 12.5% According the products. Now i have filled the entries as per the product and in the back office everything is fine . I can see the exact unit price which i have entered even on the front end i see the exact price on the cart display. But when actually i buy a product and check the invoice it show the unit price 10,400/- and it is for every product . i mean even if a products is of 30000/- or 50,000/- the unit price is same.why is it so. what could be the problem.just for your ref here is the exampleproduct no one-Reference Product Quantity Unit price Total priceTotal products: Rs. 10,400.00Total gift-wrapping: Rs. 99.00Total shipping: Rs. 0.00Total: Rs. 27,128.60product no 2-Reference Product Quantity Unit price Total priceTotal products: Rs. 10,400.00Total shipping: Rs. 0.00Total: Rs. 54,282.96both have the same unit price whereas it was not assigned in the back office .anyway i have more question.HOW WE CAN CHANGE THE ORDER OF CATEGORIES ASCENDING OR DESCENDING.. AS THERE IS NONE FOR CATEGORIES WHEREAS IT IS FOR PRODUCTS !!How to delete the orders from the order book at the back officekindly guide where is the mistake and how to fix this.thanks in advancesincere regardsRanjan SamantMY PRESTA SHOP :- http://shop.shanticorp.info/
Stu583
Looks fine from where I am.I just added all of your home page products to the cart with a grand total of RS. 191,123.74I have checked and that is the right calculation (check again if you like) but either way it doesn't look anything like RS 10,400.

Stu583
Right,PDF 000001 Purchased x1 HP Pavilion DV2809TUPDF 000002 Purchased x0 HP Compaq Presario C791TU (Somthing has obviously gone wrong with the quantity ordered).PDF 000003 Purchased x1 Lenovo Laptop G410 2049-58Q (10,000 Unit price + RS 400 tax)PDF 000004 Purchased x1 HP Pavilion DV2809TU & x1 HP PAVILION DV6845TU (10,000 Unit price each and RS 800 tax)From what I can see the only problem was order number 2. hojintao
Hi,thanks for the review. But if you see in all the invoice the unit price is 10000/- only and the vat is 4 % which comes to 10.400/- but this is not the actual entered value . the actual entered value is something else. and in some case i have left the value 0 as you can see in the snap shot. BUT still when i have entered the purchased value it show the same 10.000/- amount which should not be there. again it shall not show the product value 10,000/- it should show the product value which is being entered there for sales .IN INVOICE :-THE PRODUCT VALUE IS SAME FOR ALL PRODUCTS - 10,000/-(THE UNIT PRICE IS SAME)THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS CORRECT BUT THE UNIT PRICE IS INCORRECTEVEN WHEN THE QUT IS ZERO THE INVOICE IS GENERATED AND SHOW THE UNIT PRICE 10,000/- WHICH CAN'T BE POSSIBLE AS THERE IS NO PRODUCT IN THE CART SO HOW IT CAN SHOW THE UNIT VALUE WHEN THE QUT. IS ZERO.I guess it needs to be checked in programming. Thanks & regardsRanjan Samanthttp://shop.shanticorp.info
Stu583
Ah so your actual problem is that the prices charged are not what you have set in the back office. As I'm not a programmer I wouldn't like to suggest anything more but there are plenty of more than qualified people on this forum so hopefully one of them will be able to assist.Hope somone else more qualified can take this further for you Regards,Stu
