How to change the content of the store url

Simple question : is it possible to adapt the content of the store url core ?

 

I want change the store url by, for example :

 

(I think the "magasins" page is "stores" in english version)

 

.../stores   becomes   .../retaurant

I think you can do this easily from back office-->preferences-->seo & urls

 

here you will find 'static' type pages, one being stores, edit stores and then change rewritten url to what you prefer
