Shippingmethod behaving weird

Hello everyone,

 

We've got a specific question about the shipping methods.

 

for example; we use the shippingmethod PostNL, and below a specific price it must be free, above it costs the dutch default price.. and above a specific cart price it must be hidden.. 

 

When we fill in above 35,- euro this shippingmethod must be hidden it still keeps showing even if the price is already exceed the 1000,- euro..

We're using prestashop version 1.5.5.0

I hope someone can help me ;-) would be nice :-)
