jontobey Posted June 22, 2014 Share Posted June 22, 2014 When we imported our customer catalog it looks like all of the UPC codes got truncated by one digit. So instead of the 12 digit UPC: 718122515493, I get 11: 71812251549. The field in the catalog will not let me edit to put a string longer than 11 digits! Therefore I cannot scan the barcode with the scanner and check people out with Store Manager. Any help? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
