Error accessing modules in backoffice - please help!

Recommended Posts

Hi,

We've upgraded to the latest and greatest Prestashop. We did that on a local server and now that we're ready for prime-time, we have uploaded the PS directory to our live ftp server including data. We've edited the settings file and changed the settings in the CMS page in back office.

It all seems to work as expected, however when we try to access the modules in back office, we get the error below.

Why do we get this error and how to fix it? We didn't get it on the local instance. We've tried to upload the files all over again 3 times but with the same results.

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module CertissimXMLElement.class:
syntax error, unexpected T_CLASS

Thanks.

Hi El,

Thanks alot for your answer. I really appreciate that. I ended up deleting the module because there was another module that gave a similar error. But now I get another error on the front office:

Notice: Undefined offset: 6 in /home/www/sisterunika.dk/shop/cache/smarty/compile/87/61/e5/8761e5fa74085a1ea16b2e2bfe90faccaee49bf2.file.csstaticblocks.tpl.php on line 34

And the page looks completely wrong :-(

It works perfectly when running the site locally on my Linux box but when I move it to my hosting provider at sisterunika.dk I get the error above. Do you know why? Perhaps I should start a new thread with this..?

My provider is running PHP 5.2 which should be fine for PS 1.6.

Thanks Again.
