problem with CMS and translate

Hello

I have just upgrade to 1.6.0.6 and now I have som problems.

When i try to install Klarna I get

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 20 seconds exceeded in /www/tools/tar/Archive_Tar.php on line 1358
[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module Archive_Tar:
Maximum execution time of 20 seconds exceeded

and when i have install it and go to config I get

And when i install payson, see the attach file.

And when i try to add and change CMS i get:
403 (Forbidden)

And when i try to translate BO modules i get:

Warning! Your PHP configuration limits the maximum number of fields allowed in a form
1000 for max_input_vars.
Please ask your hosting provider to increase this limit to 2526 at least, or you will have to edit the translation files.

And when i add the product.tpl to hide som attribute, the add to cart is gone.
I change this:

{if $group.attributes|@count}

to:

{if $group.attributes|@count && $id_attribute_group != 1 && $id_attribute_group != 3 && $id_attribute_group != 4 && $id_attribute_group != 5 && $id_attribute_group != 7 && $id_attribute_group != 8 && $id_attribute_group != 9}

I hope someone can help with this problems.
I uppdate 1.4.7.0 to 1.6.0.6
