moneeeka
Hi, I've been trying to understand the computation used for the net profit in the dashboard but am unable to replicate the result being shown. I have updated the configuration with the paypal fees, shipping, etc. but am still unable to replicate the result. Can someone enlighten me on the computation used? Perhaps provide a sample? Thanks a lot!
St055
I'm having the same question... This number does not have any logic for me, this is more than twice the real net profit!
sooroos
1. check the dates right upper corner (from - to) on both sites, dashboard and stats, they should be the same 2. do you have cancelled/deleted orders?

sooroos
click configure ( the wheel right top of the graphic). i have everything set to 0 except last field "other fees per order" because my only additional cost is a fixed shipping cost per order
St055
Ok, found this parameter. And yes, it changes the amount. But if I put 0 it is worth! But I've adjusted a number that makes the value more realistic (it is far from being accurate, but ok, it's better than before). Thanks for your help! sooroos
i found what wrong is, in dashboard it calculates the "cancelled" orders too, while in the stats are correctly updated
St055
Oh! So this is a bug? I do not enter prices from wholesalers, only the bying cost when I add a product. Can it be this?
sooroos
read my post #12 and don't take into account the previous one (#11) so set everything to 0 in dashboard configuration (and i mean all the fields) and then you should have total net profit for all the orders (including the cancelled ones) - this dashboard can be used to calculate the real net profit for you. meaning after you have paid you carrier, goods... etc) Edited September 11, 2014 by sooroos (see edit history)
