Product page comes out wierd

Hi guys,

 

Got an issue with a site I am working on. The theme was installed perfectly first, then after the second install the product page doesn't come up as it should.

 

It shows up like this

It should be like this

 

http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/49238.html

 

Seems as if somehow the mobile version takes over the regular version, although theme is responsive.

 

any help ?

Hi Hassa and welcome to forum.

That theme is using jqzoom for product image.

In BO > Preferences > Products turn "Enable JqZoom instead of Thickbox on the product page" to Yes and see if that helps.

I tried it but somehow it just shows the image as it should be and zooms back and forth. Very strange, as this is the second installation and it wasn't happening before.
