Can't generate PDF invoice in any language including ENGLISH

hi all,

i have been trying to generate pdf invoice within My Account however, whenever i click on pdf icon i get the following message:

FPDF error: Some data has already been output, can't send PDF file

my site is in english. i noticed people have problems with other languages but no one mentioned english at all

anyone seen this problem before?

please help
