samdrp
Hi, I using PS 1,5 and a multi-seller module. There are a few of the seller accounts created that when you click on the seller to view their decryption and products you get a blank screen with our shop name and a question mark. I have compared the account detail in the back office and the ones that are doing this were created the same as the others that do not have this problem. I have deleted them and even deleted from the database but I get the same thing when I enter those again. But I have also entered other account at the same time and they are fine. Has anyone had this problem or any advice? http://www.designtrade.net/kravet/home
El Patron
blank screen = turn on error reporting config/defines.inc.php then you can search on the error and have better chance to find similar issue you can also check your hosting account error log
El Patron
clicked on the link, it's not really blank, the .css is not there. right click page, then 'find' .css when you click the link we would expect to see the .css that has been CCC'ed. I get blank source (no .css). for example; http://www.designtrade.net/kravet/themes/DT13/cache/b25195210fda1771aac666524841835e_all.css turn off CCC of .css to see what the list of .css files is really called and if there is any actual css. You will also have the link of the .css that PrestaShop was told to look. Might give you a clue.
