Welcome Page/Pop Up

I am trying to develop a web page and have three different branches of the business.

 

I am looking for a module/assistance in having a welcome page or pop up to direct traffic.

 

The welcome page would include the logo of each of the businesses and maybe a short description.  The user would then select what section of the business they would like to visit and they would be directed to the page.

 

The businesses are:

 

1. Bookkeeping/management consulting business which would be best suited to a blog with contact details etc.
2. E-Commerce business selling various products with the option to register for pre-orders.
3. E-Commerce feather design business selling ready made products as well as custom designs.

 

I have a purchased theme and am part way through customising.  I will also need help developing a module for integration of parent/child relationships from my inventory program Erply to Prestashop.  A module already exists but rather than list the child as a variant it adds every variant as a new item making for a very busy website.  See my other post for more details on this one.
