I upgraded my store from Prestashop 1.5.x to 1.6.x using 1-click upgrade and then now I cannot acces admin or back office page. Only white screen appears and no error message.

I can PM the URL link to the one who will reply.

Ive tried using different macbooks and using diff browsers but still nothing just plain white screen.

Just the same....

After One click Upgrade mode from P1.6.0.6 to 1.6.0.13 the login page appears and I can put my login & pass but it does not do anything. I try to change my pass and I receive the email changing the pass but when I try to access, nothing happens.

Hi!

Thanks a lot for your response...

I cleared cache on browser, tested from another PC and activated debug on config/defines.inc.php seting define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); but no error are shown

What happens is that after seting login and password, the login page clears and  appears again (there is not a blank white page)

The issue is that if you put a bad password, the system recognizes its not the rigth and sends a message (the employee does not exist or the password is wrong).

I click on password forgotten and I receive a new password by email, so looks like is ok the searching on data base

Any other idea???

Thanks in advance....

well your issue would be much different than the original posters issue.  It is generally considered a bad idea to report different issues in someones topic.  The things I would suggest to the OP and how to fix their issue, will differ from what I would tell you.  Now when others come to read this thread, they will be confused.

The original poster would have seen an error message, and has likely already figured out their problem.

As you are not getting an error message, it would appear that Prestashop knows you have the correct username/password, but is failing to log you in properly (creating a session cookie, and redirecting you to the dashboard).

My first thought is that you either have an incompatible module installed, and/or some overrides installed.  So i would suggest you look for those and remove them.

My second thought is that you used v1.4.7 of the autoupgrade module which had a defect.  v1.4.8 was recently released.  If that is the case, then I hope you have backups and that you can restore your website to PS v1.6.0.6
