prestatent
Prestashop 1.5.4.1 Hi I've setup geolocation and only allow UK residents to see prices and order products. However, a customer has reported a problem that they cannot see prices or order products even though they are in the UK on the Isle of Man. What could be the reason for this issue. All help welcome. Thanks. Edited June 16, 2014 by prestatent (see edit history)

Thanks. when using native ps geolocation, if the IP can 'not' be resolved, then the behavior for 'restricted countries' is used, see preferences-->geolocation I would turn off geolocation. Note I am releasing new version of our Geo Targeting Pro that will add extension to handle non-resolved IP.
prestatent
Thanks El Patron. Would turning off geolocation still restrict purchase to only UK addresses?
El Patron
Thanks El Patron. Would turning off geolocation still restrict purchase to only UK addresses? if you only have country selection of UK for registration, i.e. you don't have other countries enabled that you do not ship to, then you would be ok.
