SoluNOiD Posted June 14, 2014 Share Posted June 14, 2014 (edited) Hi I'm running PS 1.6.0.6. And i have made a test with a RMA case. On the first RMA case i see the return order in the "Merchandise Returns" menu. When i then decline the return for the customer, and create a second return with a new message, the new RMA case is not visible in the Merchandise Returns overview. In the customers returns summary i can see the new RMA standing as pending... But i cannot control any further status on the backend... This must be a general bug to PS 1.6.0.6?
