Rollk1
Some product images don't show a thumbnail preview in the shopping bag. It shows a missing image icon (box with red x). I've reset the image cache several times and it doesn't do anything. Where are the thumbnail images located on the backend so I can manually replace them (if possible)? They must be located somewhere, as when I right click the thumbnail it gives me a URL of "SITE.COM/1338-small/PRODUCTNAME.jpg" I'm on V1.5.6 Thanks
NemoPS
Only some of them? Can you share the site's url? Do they have something in common, like combinations?
Rollk1
I can't give the specific site for security reasons, but the items are combinations and it although not consistent for all products, some seperate combination display different shopping cart thumbnails (e.g. an item availalbe in black and blue; the black image combination shows a different thumbnail from the blue)
NemoPS
Prestashop version? Are you using a custom theme?
vekia
"small" imagetype exists under preferences > images tab in your back office?
Carolina Custom Designs
I just fixed this for a client yesterday. Check to see if you falsely have SSL enabled or if it is trying to retrieve the thumbnail from "https". Marty Shue **Why a blank message? .. Rollk1
I'm on 1.5.6, and yes it's a custom theme. Yes, I have a small theme imagetype SSL is enabled, but not falsey (it needs to be for checkout). However, I noticed the images that aren't loading are "http" and the ones that do show are "https"
NemoPS
In this case it might be the theme as well, do you mean all images are loading via http? Or only some of them?
Carolina Custom Designs
It appears you have the exact opposite issue as my client did. Images were trying to load using https and were not showing. I agree with Nemo1 that it is most likely a theme issue or perhaps a module. Marty Shue
