Change other item's color on color selection

I am new to Prestoshop, and have a question regarding the color attributes. I have the standard color picker on the product pages, and want it so when the user selects a color, a different item will have its color changed to match. 

 

Right now I have the price set in a colored box. I want it so when the user selects a different product color, this box will also change color, preferably via a class. This should occur for each different color selection.

 

Is this possible? Thanks in advance for any help!

use this jquery script:

One last question: is there any way to have it so when the page loads, the price block will display in the default color for that product?
