Moved prestashop to new domain, cant get it to load frontend only backend

I have moved my site to a subfolder on a new domain for testing purposes on my new theme

 

When i go to the address http://www.mysite.com/prestashop/admin3448 it works just fine

However when i go to http://www.mysite.com/prestashop/ it does not work

the site does not work, only the admin panel

when you moved the site to a sub folder, did you update the base_url in the SEO page to reflect the sub folder name? 

 

did you delete and/or regenerate the .htaccess file in sub folder?
