Customer delivery address

Hi all

 

I am using 1.4.11 and twice recently I have had a complaint from my customers that they are unable to add a delivery address in the checkout process.

 

There is no problem with their address it is when they go to enter the new delivery address it changes the billing address as well.

 

Please can you tell me where to look for this problem or how to solve it please.
