daphoenix7207
When I download the export CSV files from the categories, products, etc, there is a formatting error with my Excel 2010 version. Here's the issue: http://snag.gy/xK3ZK.jpg Then when I try to open the CSV file: http://snag.gy/hIrFt.jpg It says my file is in a different extension, and to verify the source. I just pressed yes and continued on from there. Then when I view the excel file: http://snag.gy/9vscv.jpg I've never had this problem before opening a CSV file on Excel. I tried opening it up on googledocs and the same problem happened. It isn't reading the ";" to seperate into different columns Is this an Excel issue or is this a Prestashop problem? How can I go about fixing this?

samindu
Hi, Have a look at this. http://dh42.com/blog/prestashop-importing-csv-files/ Use comma (,) as a field separator and semi colon ( ; ) as multiple values separator. Thanks Samindu Edited May 13, 2015 by samindu (see edit history)
