basil2014
Hello, it is not possible to update any module. I always receive the following error message: 2 errors When extracting the module there has been an error (the file may be corrupted) Module homefeatured can't be upgraded: Do I have to change the file permissions? What are the correct permissions for files and folders? Anything else I can do? Thanks, Peter Edited June 12, 2014 by basil2014 (see edit history)
Xavier du Tertre
This is not the right forum for this topic, I'm moving it. Remember: the PrestaShop forum is one of the biggest there is and a wise choice for a new thread means more replies, better replies, neater forums and a more efficient Community! Try with this file for the module and please tell us how it goes: http://api.addons.prestashop.com/1.6.0.6/module/15256 (paste it manually in the "modules" directory via your FTP)

Xavier du Tertre
Sorry, did you unzip the file first?
Code Agency
The error messages are still the same. Basil, do you have this error with all (native) modules or just one? Which version Prestashop are you running? In case you have version 1.6.0.6, I can confirm the problem/bug is caused from this version after PS released a new version. I have updated PS to 1.6.0.8, and after that updating native modules is working again. Before you upgrade to latest version, make sure you make a full backup (files + database). If you are using a theme, make sure that they support version 1.6.0.
basil2014
I have the version 1.6.0.6 and will update.
basil2014
After the update to version 1.6.0.8 I could just update 5 of 29 modules. 24 modules have not been updated although I clicked the button update.
