blocklayered module does not work with category with same names

Hello,

 

I encounter an issue in blocklayered 1.8.5 module on PS 1.4.8.2

 

As described in this issue http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PNM-1573

when two sub categories have the same name, only the first one works well with blocklayered. the second one does not work when I open a product and get back to the filtered product list by category. In this case, the selected filters disappear and the sub category disappears from the url.

 

I tried with the last release of this module compatible with 1.4. And same issue.
