aboterf
I recently upgraded from PS 1.5.3 to PS 1.6.0.6 After upgrading I've been having issues with the contact form. I get the messages submitted through the form in the BO but I'm not getting them in my email account. Before upgrading this worked with no issue. I've tried setting it up to use the SMTP Relay settings and with PHP mail. Both ways get the same result. If I run the Test Message, that works fine. Also, customers are getting their order confirmations just fine.

NemoPS
Weird....hm. Is there a way you can check email logs on your server, to see if they were actually sent out?
drewboterf
Weird....hm. Is there a way you can check email logs on your server, to see if they were actually sent out? I'm not seeing where I can do that. I have Godaddy Shared Hosting and I've looked through the Apache logs but I'm not seeing any reference to emails sent. However, I know email works on the server because I get the emails when someone places an order. This all worked fine before upgrading. I actually still have a copy of the old installation running on the same hosting and the emails still work.
