Urls amigables no funciona en prestashop 1.6

Hola,

 

estamos configurando prestashop en un servidor virtual que tenemos y funcionaba todo correctamente hasta que activamos las url amigables. En este momento no vemos ni las imagenes ni los enlaces, nos da error 404.

Hemos probado ya de borrar el htaccess y nada, sigue igual. Por si os ayuda lo tenemos configurado así:

Dominio de la tienda: 62.141.37.177

Dominio SSL: 62.141.37.177

Directorio raiz: /origin4l/

 

El acceso a la web es 62.141.37.177/origin4l

La idea es posteriormente redirigir el dominio www.origin4l.com hasta esta ruta.

Buenos días,

El error puede ser por varias causas, entre ellas alguna limitación del hosting en el uso de las URL amigables.

¿Sabes si tu proveedor de hosting tiene activo mod_rewrite?
 

¿Podrías copiar aquí el contenido del fichero .htaccess?

Hola,

si como el servidor es virtual lo podemos gestionar nosotros mismos y ayer activamos el mod_rewrite, igualmente sigue sin funcionar. Ahora mismo está activado las url amigables y se ve así: http://62.141.37.177/origin4l/

Buenos días,

 

En principio es correcto, ¿haciendo un phpinfo() aparece como instalado el módulo mod_rewrite?

 

Parece más bien un error de la instalación de mod_rewrite, como si no estuviera instalado correctamente.

 

No obstante dependiendo de la configuración de Apache puede ser que tengas que cambiar estas líneas:

 

RewriteRule . - [E=REWRITEBASE:/origin4l/]
ErrorDocument 404 /origin4l/index.php?controller=404
 
Prueba cambiarlo por esto:

 

RewriteRule . - [E=REWRITEBASE:/]
ErrorDocument 404 /index.php?controller=404

En principio es correcto, parece que mod_rewrite está instalado correctamente.

 

Solo se me ocurre que al trabajar mediante una IP, en vez de un host, Prestashop se "líe" y no funcione correctamente.

Aunque recuerdo que muchos clientes trabajaron temporalmente mediante una IP en vez de su dominio real.

 

No obstante te dejo una copia del fichero .htaccess de un Prestashop 1.6.x limpio:

¿No tendrás ningún módulo SEO instalado, no? ¿Este Prestashop viene de actualización o es instalación limpia?
