Don't send email to customer but send mail test .... WHY?

I do not know why the emails are not shipped in these cases:

- When a user registers do not receive the email

- When a user purchases do not receive the email

- The user does not receive an email when the order status changes

- If the user tries to get the system to remember the forgotten password gives error:

 There is 1 error

       An error occurred while sending an email.

I have correctly set the SMTP server that is located in 'Advanced Settings> Email', I say that I set it well because the test email to properly send to multiple addresses, gmail hotmail etc..

Arrive at the merchant emails when someone does a new order. So MailAlert the contact form works fine.

 

Now I do not know why all the mails that should be sent to customers are not delivered. It may depend from hosting? I forgot some step? I sconfigurato some files accidentally?

 

Using Prestashop 1.5.6

your shop email is equal to mail used in SMTP settings?
