jezawix
I accidentally deleted my direct debit connection within my bank account the other day now I cannot add that same account again (have tried several times) and pay pal payments do not work in the checkout process from my shop anymore. It was working fine till then. I have added another account but it is withdrawal only as it is not a current account. I have a debit card linked too. I'm not sure why it is still not working. Here is the error message - Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Please advise me on how to proceed ... thanks Edited June 10, 2014 by jezawix (see edit history)
bellini13
you might consider opening a support ticket with your hosting provider who may be able to determine why a 500 error is being returned.

bellini13
you are receiving an http response code 500, which means that the hosting server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request. Who best to help you with server issues but your hosting provider...
