How can I set a 'Cart Rule' to static price on Prestashop when I bought 3 items.

Hi all ,

 

I have a few question is how can I set a static price when I bought 2 items in one cart.

 

For example: 

 

item A price = $40

item B price = $50

 

I want these 2 items price should be $80 when I bought these 2 Items.Does Prestashop has this function ? I found 'Cart Rule' can set discount and Amount a price. But it doesn't have a static price.
