Installation Error: LOGO

Hello,

i have a weird problem with the installation "Step 4 - Shop Configuration" LOGO INTEGRATION that really drives me mad!

I can't get to the final step by klicking "next" in every of these cases:

1. I don't choose a file and keep the original -> Klick on "next" doesn't do anything

2. I try to insert a JPEG-logo with the exact size -> Failure message "Impossible to write the image /img/logo.jpg. If this image already exists, please delete it."

3. I delete logo.jpg and try to upload my logo -> Failure message "Impossible to write the image /img/logo.jpg. If this image already exists, please delete it."

4. I put my own logo on the server as "logo.jpg" so it is already inserted -> Failure: Klick on "next" doesn't do anything

5. I try all these steps with given file permission CHMOD 777 on "file.jpg" -> no effect!!!

What the heck is going on there. I use a winxp with latest version of firefox.

I have had the same problem with logo but in my case it completed installation. But... i cannot login as admin

i had this SAME problem too and it was driving me mad. i think there is a bug. but i was determined and tried everything i could think of. FINALLY this worked for me: I had to leave the "send email notifications" checkbox at the bottom of step 4. shop configuration UN-CHECKED. and then clicking Next worked. Hope this helps someone else.

Prestashop - you need to check you code condition when that box is checked because the installer doesn't allow you to go to the next step (installation complete) with it checked.
