Hi,

I've Prestashop at v1.6.0.6 and Paypal module at v3.7.1 installed.

When I try to capture my buyers payments, I will return the following error message:
"Capture operation result: HTTP Error 400 - Bad request: HTTP Error 400 - Bad request"

It happened to someone else? What can be the problem?

Thanks a lot, Daniel

I've got more details in sandbox mode:

This always when I try to get the payment from the order page by clicking on the button "Get the money" ...

Capture operation result:

400 Bad Request

Bad Request

Any solution?

I have the same problem and searching on the Internet I found this article with following

When testing SubscriptionBoss you may connect to PayPal and get the following error:

Paypal returns 400 Bad Request notice: Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

This is a cookie issue and can be resolved by clearing your cookies.

We think it happens because you have an existing cookie laid down by a previous visit to PayPal maybe using a different PayPal account or where you have just been logged in to PayPal Sandbox.

It does not refer to Prestashop but clearing cookies might work. You could give a try!

Let me know if it works ;)

Regards

It did not work for me but installing the latest version v3.7.2 from PS Modules fixed the issue.
