EMERA Posted June 9, 2014 Author Share Posted June 9, 2014 (edited) Hi vekia, this is how my setting looks regarding the Facebook module. Notice that I have enter the settings for the shops Facebook account and also have change them for the PrestaShop account on Facebook. The PrestaShop works fine, but the Facebook preview for the shop shows no preview on the Admin panel nor the front office. Also, I have try it with and without the http/https. vekia Posted June 10, 2014 Share Posted June 10, 2014 no, it's not related to protocol. https://www.facebook.com/emera.etech is not a fanpage, its a "private" profile. your facebook profile will be banned in the future, private profiles are for real persons only. if you want to use likebox, you have to create fanpage, not private profile. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
