Changing the size of preview pop-up window

I would like to change the size of the preview pop-up window. This is what the homepage looks like:

 

 

 

When I point at the product, an eye sign appears, and when I click on it, this is the window that pops up. I would like to get rid of the most of that empty white space.

I don't know what happened, but now the preview window appears like this. It's getting more and more frustrating as I'm getting close to finishing the site design. I really need Prestashop people look at thing and help me out, please! Because I've no idea where to look to make changes.

I really need help with this issue. It's getting so annoying when all these bugs happen. I don't even know where to look for help, and this forum keeps silence and the developers of the theme don't respond to requests/questions for almost a week now. Very frustrating! 

 

I wish this company had American service where the service is actually delivered, not just promised. I'm so close to finally setting up my store and suddenly things get complicated again and no help comes from Prestashop. This is not right.
