Combination attribute (ean13 and upc) on product page

I hope someone can help me sort my problem in PS 1.5.

 

I use combinations as radio button on my website. For now it is like this:

 

Size:

Small 

Medium

Large

 

But i try to accomplish to show the ean13 code (of the combination) also:

 

Size:

Small     0000000000001

Medium 0000000000002

Large     0000000000003

 

Is this possible or should i post this in job offers?

 

I tried this code at https://gist.github.com/i0rek/3038903, but it's not working.
