[PS 1.6] Linking Color Attribute to Product Page

Hi! I'm planning on doing something like:

 

http://www.shopmegagamie.com/product/tops/parker-triangle-hem-top-in-candy-pink

 

where the customer will be brought to another product page (same product of another color) based on the color they have selected from the color picker. Is there anywhere I can do something to achieve this?
