Ajax30
Hello! A am confronted with this problem: On www.poetik.ro, in the order form, I have kept only the home phone field (the code for the mobile phone field was commented out). The problem - which I have spotted in Google Chrome - is the error message saying that the mobile phone is invalid. If I make the mobile phone field visible (I do that in the web inspector) and put a number in it, all is ok. But I need to keep only one filed visible - home phone field. The address format in the admin section: firstname lastname company address1 postcode city Country:name phone The PS version is 1.5.3.1. What shall I do? Thank you! HenrikF
Exactly the same problem here with PrestaShop 1.6.0.9: PrestaShop claims an invalid mobile number even though the field is commented out AND I've switched off the »at least one phone number« in the Administration under Settings > Customer > Phone number is mandatory: No Working on the problem. khejit68
I think this might be related to browser and auto-fill feature. Try clearing browser cache, using another browser. If it's so, your customers probably won't get this error. @EDIT: I highly recommend fix from this topic. It's excellent for hiding unused phone fields, making it optional etc. Edited February 3, 2016 by khejit68 (see edit history)
