How to add Purechat to Prestashop

Hello,
 
I just started using Prestashop and would like to add the Purechat into my website.
 
I tried using HTML Block and added the script provided by purechat into the edit HTML source, and then save changes, but the chat doesn't show up.
 
But when I use Home Text Editor, the chat shows up, but only on the front page.
 
I would like to know what is the problem, is it the problem with the script or....?
 
This is the script of the purechat
