Johnny32
Hello Forum, sorry if I posted this in the wrong discussion. I have a huge problem. All of a sudden, I can't add pictures anymore to manufactures and categories. I keep getting the message error unknown format, allowed formats GIf, JPG, PNG. Adding pictures to products works fine, just for manufactures and categories I receive the error message. I tried pictures that worked before and now do not! Any help would really be great. Thanks Johnny Some more info! I looked in the FTP at the file img/tmp/ and each time I try to upload a picture similar files like this one are created PS4eayCm. Why is it not being converted in to jpg? Thanks Well, I tried adding a picture to the slide show and the same error appeared. Bildformat nicht anerkannt, erlaubte Formate: GIF, JPG, PNG Please, any help would really be great! Thanks Johnny PrestaShop-Version: 1.5.6.2 Edited June 6, 2014 by Johnny32 (see edit history)

I also noticed, that if I add new products they are instantly in the new item block. I used to have to clear the cache or wait several hours until it was visible on the homepage. Maybe that information helps of solving my problem. Edited June 7, 2014 by Johnny32 (see edit history)
