After Upgrade Module of theme configuration image stop working

First topic .

 

So i'm new in prestashop, after install prestashop on Pleask, everything work fine, change images and everything else, but today i update the module and for my surprise the images the a diferent name and stop working example:

 

demo_1.jpg when uploaded remain as 183982jkjk1009909demo_1jpg

 

can some one help me?

its only me the afected guy with this?

 

i have reinstaled the store and in everything on default theme configuration work very well, when update again start with that issue again.
