Displaying SSL Badge between searchbox and cart in header

Hey Ya'll

 

I would like to display this image between my search box and shopping cart in the header. Is this possible ? I have tried inserting the HTML in the header page but it never seems to get in to the place i need it to go. I was wondering if it could be another file i needed to edit.

You can put it in header and then position it absolute with css.

But you must take care about how it looks in mobile sites which you can achieve with css too.
