samyha
Hello sunreader, Be careful you posted in the French section of the forum. I move your topic into the "Paypal" section of the English forum. There's also a Pypal guide that might help you: http://bit.ly/1oD2GQQ Have a nice day!
bellini13
Samyha, I'm glad you helped move the post to the right area, but why does Prestashop completely ignore helping the customer who is using a module developed by Prestashop?
202ecommerce
Hi @sunreader, we have the support of the module. The 10002 error is an error from your API codes. There are several things to check. First note that if you are active test mode, you must specified the address of your dealer and Sandbox instead of your PayPal account. In test mode, the three fields also correspond to API API signing your Sandbox account. Conversely, when you are disabled test mode, the address of your PayPal merchant account corresponds to your PayPal Business account. API code that you must enter are obtained in your PayPal account. Note that the API codes test mode and not test are different. The last thing that may cause 10002 error inserting a space or a tab when copying API codes. If the problem persists please give us feedback Regards, 202 ecommerce
