Am i able to change the layout of the back office

In the orders section of the back office, i want to be able to take out some of the columns in the list of orders. Is this something that can be done easily? I haven't been able to find it so far

you're talking about order > orders tab where you see orders list? perhaps about order details page?

I'm talking about the orders tab yes, not the details page.

You can override the adminorderscontroller file, construct method, and remove those from $this->fields_list
