How to change product listing to product

Hello everybody,

 

First of all, sorry for my english, I would like to change the view of products when a category is selected, my store is going to be special because I want only 1 product per category, so I don't want to display products like the product-listing method and change it to the product normal view, 

 

I want to change this:

To this:
