puffdade Posted June 3, 2014 Share Posted June 3, 2014 Guys I have a slight issue with a payment last night and this is the first time it has popped up, up till now Presta has been almost flawless in its operation but this one is confusing the hell out of me. Firstly Im using 1.5.4.1 I had a customer late last night start an order then it looks like he somehow started another he paid for the order which was the total of the two actual order values of £55.40 my back office is now showing an over payment of £32.90 I have checked PayPal and the customer has actually paid the total of the combined orders and NOT overpaid this has appeared as a red warning in the back office and I'm unsure what I have to do here, or if this is some kind of scam or vulnerability. I have included some screen shots hopefully someone can shed some light on what could have happened I can see the relation between product values and payment which is actually correct but can't see where or how he has overpaid or why Presta is throwing up this warning.
