unfortunately if the auto upgrade module is not working properly, then you may need to pursue another option.

You can follow the manual upgrade steps documenting in the resources menu, you can hire a professional to perform the upgrade, or you can try a migration service like cart2cart

In any case, do you upgrade your live store, always make a backup test copy of the store, and test the upgrade first.  Don't be a merchant that breaks your production store because of a failed upgrade attempt

I already made a backup of the system.
I have tried so many different ways and nothing works.

Could it be that my database in version 1.4.7.0 may be too old for newer version..

i have performed upgrades as far back as v1.2.5, so no v1.4.7 is not too old.  As I stated, if the auto upgrade does not work, and you really need to upgrade, then you have the 3 options that i have outlined above.

1) You can follow the manual upgrade steps documenting in the resources menu,
2) you can hire a professional to perform the upgrade,
3) or you can try a migration service like cart2cart

hello

I follow the 1 options...

Everything going whell, but i get this error:

34

Internal SQL error.

The SQL update files might be corrupted. Download the new version's archive again, and use its files from the /install/upgrade/sql.

Why ??????
