Customer Interaction Upload/Messaging

Hi all,

 

I'm after a module that enables me to interact with customers directly.

 

The main to functions it must have are;

 

I must be able to send a message to the customer from the BO, thats viewable from "My account".

 

I must be able to upload files via the BO to the selected customer (only accessible to the selected customer).

 

The customer can access uploaded/upload section from "My Account"

 

Are there any modules out there that have these capabilities?
