Guest
We currently have around 1400 products, all with combinations / attributes We wish to remove the combinations from around 1000 products I can't just delete the attributes as they would then be deleted on ALL products. I need to be able to select which products to delete the combinations from. I have all the information in a database, so thinking it may be possible with a CSV upload somehow ? Daniel_WM
Hi, you can work through the query to the database in order to remove the products that interest you. Clearly needs a lot of knowledge of mysql, otherwise you make a nice damage. Let me know if I can help.
Guest
Thanks for the reply daniel - i have sorted it. We also use Store Manager, and that has a feature built in. It took me some time to find it as it is in the "Clear Data" menu. But it works like a dream. I just highlight a group of products, right click, select Clear Data. it then asks me what I want to clear, images, features, attachments and Combinations amongst others.
