myquickjuice
I am new to PrestaShop but love it's features so far... My site is new and I'm testing functionality of placing orders before we launch and go live to "real" customers... We placed a test order this morning to ensure payment is working properly and orders on the backend would function as they should (send us a notification, adjust inventory, etc.) The order seemed functional on the user side, and payment went through correctly.. However, the back office did not create an order from the transaction - I finally found it listed under "abandoned carts", but my inventory levels did not change and the transaction doesn't show up in my sales figures.. I'm using PayPal USA mod with PayPal Payments Standard enabled... What am I missing? Ioana_pop
Hello there, I have the same problem too. Did anyone find a solution?
ecommdev
Also having a similar issue, was unsure if the customer abandoned the cart because it doesn't show the payment has been processed via Stripe but its happening everyday (new registrations of customers in the BO). Customer enters their registration details, chooses carrier and then cart shows abandoned. unclear if customer is having issue at what point, performed internal testing on checkout and haven't run into any issues but don't understand. Let me know.
